Text HELLO to (949) 810-8108 to start a WorkplaceYou workplace intake.

By texting HELLO, you consent to receive automated, recurring, non-marketing text messages from WorkplaceYou that are necessary to complete this intake.

Message frequency varies based on your responses and the length of the intake. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of employment or purchase.

What you will receive

The text conversation guides you through Employer ID confirmation, your privacy choices, the information you want to share, a secure PIN setup link, final review, submission authorization, and delivery of a Report ID.

You may submit anonymously when that option is offered. Nothing is submitted to your employer until you review what you shared and authorize submission. Your submission is complete only when you receive a Report ID.

Conversation timing

Please respond within two hours of each message to keep the conversation active. If the conversation expires before submission, nothing is submitted. You may start again by texting HELLO.

Privacy and security

WorkplaceYou processes your mobile number and messages to operate and secure the text conversation. Your mobile number is not shown to your employer. If you choose anonymous submission, WorkplaceYou does not provide your name to your employer.

Your four-digit PIN is created through a secure link. Never send your PIN by text.

Help, opt-out, and emergencies

Text HELP for assistance or email hello@workplaceyou.com. Text STOP to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not use WorkplaceYou for emergencies or situations requiring immediate assistance. Contact 911 or the appropriate local emergency service when there is an immediate threat to safety.
